ORDERING PROCEDURE
The following ordering and payment procedure is a well established standard among luthiers:
A ten percent deposit is required for ordering a custom made guitar. Full payment can be made at any time, however, when the guitar is about two weeks away from being completed, I will notify you to send the balance in the form of a personal check, cashier's check or money order, including the shipping and case costs. The guitar will be shipped as soon as it is completed.
You have five days to try out the guitar. If for any reason you are not satisfied, your entire payment, less shipping costs, will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned guitar.
The above policies apply to ordering an "already built" guitar as well, without the necessity of a deposit.
The guitar will be shipped with a specification sheet identifying, describing, and authenticating all costs, payments, and other pertinent comments concerning the instruments construction and condition.

This guitar is guaranteed to the original owner warranting repair or parts replacement due to any problems resulting from flaws in the construction
and building of the guitar.
This does not include cracks or changes in the instrument that result from poor care and negligence, or improper maintenance of the instrument.
Electronic parts are covered by separate warranties.
I will provide complete support via email or phone for any problems that might arise.
